Common Areas
Cigarette buds, bottles, and other waste must not be left in common areas.
Tenants must clean up after themselves.
Noise Regulations
Radios, televisions, etc., must not be used in a manner that disturbs other tenants.
Such devices must not be used with open windows.
Guest Responsibilities
Tenants are responsible for their guests’ behavior.
Water Usage
Dripping and leaking taps must be repaired immediately.
Tenants must contact the landlord for repairs.
Maintenance of Drains
Keep all drains clean to avoid flooding.
Do not dispose of waste that can block drains in sinks or toilets.
Weather-Related Guidelines
Tenants are responsible for taking precautions to protect common areas from weather damage.
Damage and Repair Responsibilities
Tenants are responsible for any damage they cause.
Repairs must be reported to the landlord.
High Consumption Devices
Tenants must get permission from the landlord before installing devices that consume large amounts of water or electricity.
Front Door Locking
The front door must be locked after 10 PM.
Parking Regulations
Bicycles and prams must not be stored in corridors or other common areas.
Designated areas must be used for storing bicycles and prams.
Antenna and Satellite Dishes
Installation of antennas or satellite dishes requires permission from the landlord.
Laundry Room Usage
The laundry room must be kept clean and tidy.
Tenants must follow the posted rules for laundry facilities.
Storage of Bicycles and Prams
Bicycles and prams must be stored in designated areas.
Pets
Tenants must get permission from the landlord to keep pets.
Pets must not cause a nuisance or damage.
General Cleanliness
Tenants must keep their own living areas clean.
All waste must be disposed of properly.
Locking Common Areas
Tenants must ensure that all common areas are locked when not in use.
Smoking
No smoking on this property indoor – also smoking out the doors/windows – you have to leave the building if you want to smoke!
Repeated violations of this rule may result in cancellation of the tenancy
