Locking yourself out
What do I do if I have locked myself out of my apartment?
Call Odense Lock Service on phone number +45 66 12 68 15.
Economic Queries
Who do I contact if I have questions about rent or deposit?
Please write to [email protected] with the subject “Enquiry for book-keeping”.
To avoid complications please only use the relevant e-mail address/telephone number. Do not mix, for example economy questions with complaints.
If you have questions concerning economy only, write as mentioned, and do not attatch (cc/bcc) to other email-addresses.
Moving Out
How do I change my move-out date?
Call the company during opening hours, Monday to Thursday, 8-12,
at +45 20 12 17 74.
How do I cancel my tenancy?

Emergency Situations
What should I do in case of fire, burglary, or other emergencies?
Call Odense Police any time at +45 66 14 14 48.
Bank - Rent Payments
How should I pay my rent?
Rent and deposit must be transferred via home banking or bank transfer. Our bank does not handle cash.
All information regarding bank information is found in the additional document.
Is there a fee for late rent payments?
Yes, if rent is not paid by the 3rd weekday of the month, a late fee will be added to the next month’s rent.
Internet Usage
Can I use the internet for gaming or downloading movies?
No, the internet should not be used for gaming, downloading movies, music, or accessing illegal websites.
House Rules and Maintenance
Can I dry my clothes indoors?
No, drying clothes indoors is forbidden. Please use the outdoor areas, basement, or dryer.
What should I do with defective bicycles or personal items in common areas?
Defective bicycles and other items in common areas will be disposed of without further notice.
Smoking Policy
Is smoking allowed inside the property?
No, smoking is not allowed indoors or out of doors/windows. You must leave the building to smoke.
Moving Out Process
What happens during the move-out inspection?
The landlord will inspect the property with you and describe any defects that are your responsibility. Keys must be returned at this inspection, and any necessary cleaning, painting, or repairs will be done at your expense.
Deposit Return
When will I get my deposit back?
Your deposit will be transferred to your bank account approximately 8 weeks after your contract expires (not the date you move out).
Miscellaneous Fees
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Yes, fees include 50 kr. for transferring rent from a foreign account, 200 kr. for removing a name from the mailbox, and 625 kr. per hour for the landlord’s time, among others.
